DEFINITION
 

It is a dual component water insulating and concrete repairing material which is fast settling and cement based. POZZO-SHOCK, which is composed of a special dry mixture and a special liquid, freezes in a very short time and blocks the water.

 
APPLICATION AREAS
 

It can be used at the surfaces on which pressurized water is applied, elevator pits, screen walls, water reservoirs, pools and tij holes.

 
FEATURES
 

It is a fast freezing, non cracking product
Gains resistance against high pressure and fragility by fast freezing.
It provides perfect adherence as a result of being cement based.
It does not include any toxic substances.
Its application temperature is between -20 �C and +30 �C.
Water stopping duration is 20-30 seconds.
The utilization duration after preparation of the mixture is 2-3 minutes at +20 �C.
This duration shortens as the ambient temperature gets higher

 
METHOD OF APPLICATION
 

4 units of the powder shall be mixed with 1 unit liquid at the field and a plaster shall be formed. This mixture shall be immediately applied after preparation. It is advised to use plastic gloves during application and mixing processes.

PACKAGING AND STORING
 

A component (powdered mixture) is packed in buckets of 20 kg and B component (liquid mixture) is stored in barrels of 10 lt.

STORING
 
It can be stored on the shelf for 6 months if preserved at 7�C and dry mediums.
SAFETY MEASURES
 
Its contact with eyes or skin is undesirable as it is cement based. The necessary measures shall be taken and if any contact occurs, it shall be immediately washed with water.
