DEFINITION
 

TIE - ROD is a concrete repair and cold pointing fill material. Additionally, it is used at the segregation repairs and to fill the cast connection holes. As a result of its capillary feature, it penetrates into the concrete and provides adherence. TIE � ROD does not require any preservatives after it is applied to the surfaces or holes. When the cold pointings are opened as 2x2 dimensions, the consumption rate of the material used is 0.8 kg/m.

 
ADVANTAGES
 

It can be directly applied onto the moist and wet surfaces. It does not require preservative wall or plaster. Application workmanship is easy and it is cost effective.  The insulation application can be finalized in short time due to the ease of application. When compared to the other insulation materials, its opportunity to apply in winter is more.

 
APPLICATION AREAS
 

TIE � ROD can be applied in filling the holes, water reservoirs, foundation walls, swimming and decoration pools, wet zone floors and repair of the concrete surfaces.

 
APPLICATION
 

The surface shall be cleaned and can be washed by acid if required. Afterwards, the application surface shall be moisturized. The plaster shall be prepared by 5 units of mixture and 1 unit of water and this plaster shall be applied onto the surface or into the holes. All kinds of material or material remaining shall be cleaned or removed from the holes or cavities.

 
PACKAGING AND STORING
 
It is packed in propylene bags of 30 kg or in plastic buckets of 20 kg. It can be stored on the shelf for 13 months if preserved at 7�C and dry mediums.
